Welcome to Black Belt USA Tae Kwon Do! If you're looking for a new form of exercise or interested in learning Martial Arts you've come to the right place. Each work out is never the same work out twice! Tae Kwon Do is a great way to get in shape, build stamina, increase flexibility, and good all around fun! 

Tae Kwon Do is not just for kids. Our Adult and Family classes are held six days a week, Monday through Saturday. There are millions of people learning Tae Kwon Do everyday! It's one of the fastest growing Martial Art and Sport! It's also one of the best ways to create a discipline that teaches ways of enhancing our spirit and life through training our body and mind. Each unique and carefully thought out class consists of total body cardio, strength training, and endurance mixed with mental discipline, hard work, and perseverance to create a strong balance of mental and physical fitness. Anyone can do it, so come and give it a try!

Self-Defense - Tae Kwon Do is a complete system of Self-Defense that began in the early periods of Korean history and has been perfected over the many centuries. Tae Kwon Do is a combination of kicks, blocks, and hand techniques making Tae Kwon Do a leader in Self-Defense. Tae Kwon Do is for all ages and genders. Master Kang has developed a systematic form of Self-Defense specifically created for street protection. The Self-Defense is a combination of hand techniques, throws, joint locks, kicks, punches, and much more. It is never too late to learn! Tae Kwon Do is also a well-known Olympic Sport and students can test themselves by competing in tournaments or spar with our higher level Black Belts who have won many tournaments!

Stay in Shape - Our Tae Kwon Do classes focus on stretching, warm up drills, kicking, punching, blocks, footwork, traditional forms, and other special techniques. All of these combined work out all of the major muscle groups of the body. Those who do practice Tae Kwon Do have noticed a high gain of greater aerobic and anaerobic capabilities, better muscle tone, and lower percentage of body fat.
